Kyotherm has worked, alongside the Canadian engineering firm C-nergie, on the strcturing and implementation of an Energy Performance Contract with the Hassan II Mosque Foundation of Casablanca, to date the largest mosque in Maghreb. The aim of this project is to heat the Hammam with solar energy and to replace the mainly halogen lighting with LED lighting (30,000 new light points).

In October 2019, Kyotherm signed the 10-year financing of this Dh 29 m Energy Performance Contract project (around € 2.8 m).

Kyotherm invests and values the long-term benefits of energy efficiency projects, working with project leaders (operators, energy companies, equipment manufacturers, installers, heat users, promoters, developers, etc.) in order to offer them funding and contractual support to facilitate the realization of their projects. Kyotherm, an investor dedicated to energy efficiency projects, provides financial, industrial and contractual engineering as well as tailor-made financing which aims to lower the cost of capital and renewable or saved kWh.
