In collaboration with its UK technical partners and contractors, Kyotherm co-developed and financed the construction of geothermal heat pump installations, for a cumulative capacity of 27 MW. These facilities, currently under construction in England and Scotland, will provide heat for three types of heat users: nursing homes, farming sites, and agri-food industry sites.

The heat supply agreements associated with these installations, in an ESCO (energy service company) model, have been signed with the heat users for a duration comprised between 13 and 20 years. The renewable heat that will be generated by the ground sourced heat pumps should be above 36 GWh every year.
